Dave brings over 20 years of extensive experience in restoration and renovation construction, with a proven track record across multifamily, commercial, and residential projects. A proud U.S. Navy veteran and Gulf War Veteran, Dave applies the discipline, leadership, and integrity gained through military service to every aspect of his work.
He holds professional certifications in Fire, Smoke, and Water Damage Restoration through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), ensuring industry-recognized standards and best practices on every project. Dave is widely respected for his strong commitment to customer service, transparent communication, and honest approach with clients. His dedication to quality workmanship and clear, reliable guidance has earned him long-standing trust and positive relationships throughout his clientele.

With deep expertise in the construction and contracting industry, Rhonda consistently serves as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for owners, clients, and partner organizations.

Meet James
James Jones brings more than 35 years of construction experience to PHD General Contractors. Since entering the industry in 1990, he has successfully overseen the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects, including single-family residential, commercial, and multifamily developments. His leadership is defined by disciplined project execution, a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget, and an unwavering commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.
In addition to his technical expertise, James is highly regarded for his exceptional customer service skills. Clients consistently commend his attentiveness, clear communication, and genuine dedication to understanding and meeting their project needs.
Meet Wayne
Wayne Hill brings over 36 years of leadership experience into his new role as a Project Manager with PHD Contractors. After spending 20 years as a youth pastor and 16 years as a lead pastor, Wayne has developed exceptional communication skills, strong organizational leadership, and a proven ability to guide teams with clarity and purpose.
Throughout his ministry career, Wayne built a reputation for connecting with people from all backgrounds, managing complex responsibilities, and leading initiatives that required vision, coordination, and follow-through—skills that translate seamlessly into project management. His ability to listen, problem-solve, and keep teams aligned makes him a valuable asset in delivering projects efficiently and effectively.
Wayne is excited to bring his people-first leadership style and decades of experience into the construction industry with PHD Contractors, where he is committed to ensuring quality work, strong collaboration, and successful project outcomes.
Outside of his professional role, Wayne has been married to his wife, Geri, for 34 years. They have one daughter and are proud grandparents to two amazing grandchildren who continue to be a central part of his life.
Meet Melissa
Melissa Clark joined PHD General Contractors, LLC as an Administrative Assistant, bringing more than 20 years of experience in real estate and administrative support. Her background has given her strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills that are a valuable part of the PHD team.
Melissa spent 18 years in real estate, including three years specializing in new construction. During that time, she coordinated and attended inspections, scheduled meetings, managed deadlines, communicated with clients and contractors, and guided transactions from start to finish. Her experience with Keller Williams also provided opportunities to develop leadership and professional development skills.
Since joining PHD, Melissa has quickly become an integral part of the team. She appreciates the welcoming atmosphere and strong teamwork at PHD and enjoys working alongside a group that takes pride in providing quality service and a positive experience for every client.
